Dr. Don Ott completed a one-year clinical internship in 1986-87 with the Arkansas Division of Mental Health Services at the Arkansas State Hospital in Little Rock and was licensed as a psychologist by the State of Arkansas in 1988. He was staff psychologist for Counseling Associates Incorporated (CAI) in Russellville, Arkansas from 1987 to 1994 and established CPR as an independent provider in 1994. Dr. Ott has provided therapy for hundreds of individuals, couples, and families, and has conducted over 6,000 face-to-face psychological evaluations of adults, adolescents, and children. Payment by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance is accepted.
